The Music and Worship Ministry gives tools and creates an environment for worship, using music and prayer.  Music is simply one of many tools, but a God-commanded tool to use in worship. 

Our Music and Worship Ministry seeks to bathe every part of our ministry in prayer, praying for all those who lead worship and for all those who participate in worship.  We have Worshipping Prayer Warriors in the congregation joining us in that effort.

Our ministry is not entertainment, but involvement of all the people in "singing unto the Lord."

The music at FBCR is not about style, but about Him!  We have a Worship-Leading Choir and other groups to encourage God’s people in worship.  But the most important choir is the congregation - based on principles found in scripture.  We have vocal and instrumental groups and individual opportunities to grow in both music and worship, using music as a tool to glorify Him. We emphasize that we must fulfill the Great Commandment (Mark 12: 28-31) if we are to be able, in God’s power and strength, to fulfill the Great Commission (Matt. 28: 18-20).
